The Welsh Lamb is some of the best in the world, it is tasty lean and tender, tasty and warming in this stormy weather.
Carol the cook & John the chief washerupper live near Mumbles, Swansea and often enjoy Welsh lamb sometimes grilled for dinner.
Carol and her husband John, who is Programme Secretary of Oystermouth Historical Association, worked in the village for over twenty years but have now retired from business.
However, they are continuing to research various aspects of the history of the Mumbles area and its people.
