Listener's pictures at 5pm
I took this bang on five from my bed, as regrettably, I am waiting to get well. Often my children will come into the room and chat or show me things; and today our daughter decided to make halos from tinsel, for her school nativity play. Two minute's earlier the photo would have been of my wife helping sort through the tinsel with her, ten minutes later the photo would have captured one or both of our teenage son's, and/or perhaps our dog.
I am not always in bed. Sometimes I'm driving them somewhere, like to drama or music class, usually around sixish; or to the multiplex in Llandudno.
You can imagine I am a regular listener to radio four and PM. It keeps me in touch with the world outside my family. When I'm well enough I hope to be back in the world for real. Did Ruth really go with Sam or was it a bad dream?
I checked the view from the window at five, but here in Snowdonia it was pitch black, so an indoor shot it was.
