Bad news for butterflies

Britain’s butterflies need good weather in the coming months to recover from last year’s wet summer, the charity Butterfly Conservation says. Butterflies do not fly in the rain - and so cannot reach the plants on whose nectar they feed. Now data shows that some species are at an all-time low.
