The new tribunals known as Military Commissions begin sitting in Guantanamo Bay today. Our reporter Jon Manel speaks to Lieutenant Colonel Yvonne Bradley, a Defence Attorney who will be representing one of the defendants in the Military Commissions in Guantanamo Bay. She's very critical of the Military Commission, describing it as a "kangaroo court".
