Russian sky maps of the UK, produced by the KGB during the Cold War, have been released for the first time by the Landmark Information Group.
Look at the Russian map of Tyseley from 1977 and compare it to the Ordnance Survey map from 1981.
What's interesting is the detail of the Russian maps, and the fact that some features are revealed which aren't included on Ordnance Survey maps.
In terms of potential targets, every building that is in black with a number is deemed potentially important.
