This photo was taken at our Silver Surfers session which takes place after school at Parkstone Grammar School on a Tuesday. Grandparents of girls in year 8 come along to learn about computers. Our session this week was creating a Christmas present spreadsheet. We have different activities each week - word processing, searching the Internet, using email, safety online, researching family history, digital photogaphy, creating PowerPoint animations, etc. We start at 3:30pm and have ten to twelve grandparents together with their Year 8 grandchildren. This photo was taken at the end of the session.
