The photograph was taken at VWS Westgarth offices in East Kilbride, Scotland, where I work every second week, alternating with the sister office in Gloucester. It illustrates the modern trend of flexible working; most staff prefer an early start and an early finish, leaving a lot of empty desks by 5 pm.
