I'm an ex-pat from Kenley in Surrey, I work on the fourth floor of a building north of San Diego California. My desk is near a window which looks west towards the coast. It's not a great view, over the I15 freeway, but at least the sun is still shining when PM starts. This may have something to do with the fact that here it's eight hours behind GMT, maybe you could sometimes change the name of the program to AM?
