Listeners' photos at 5pm
Hi,
My partner and daughter are coming back from Exeter where she's had an interview for a place at Peninsula Medical School so I want to make a nice warming dinner for their return. They're due back at 9.30pm so I'm making a beef casserole which will cook in the oven for 4 hours. The picture shows the meat searing stage. I am not normally doing this at 5pm on Tuesday's. I'm usually flicking my gaze from keyboard to laptop screen.
