Taken on my phone from the drivers seat of my 15 year old Escort.
It was taken at 5pm just outside the BBC studios on my way home from work, pretty much pass this way at the same time Monday to Friday.
The picture shows a glow in the dark Saint Claire (patron saint of television) and a glow in the dark wind up angel (the wings flap, but it hasn't flown yet).
