This is a typical 5pm view for me on the A1 approaching South Mimms from Hatfield where I join the M25 to go home to Rickmansworth. Sometimes I am in the Hatfield tunnel at 5 pm and miss the headlines because the reception is cut off, today I was a little earlier. I have been listening to the programme since 1997 when I started commuting, I think Eddie has become very funny over the years. He seemed to do the show straight for the first few years and then some of his dry humour crept in which makes me smile when I am stuck in the traffic.
