This is my world from 3 till 6 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, when I supervise a total of nearly 400 first year students, while they discover that Chemistry labs are actually great fun. Most will go on to study other subjects such as biology, but some enjoy the labs so much that they decide to change their degree to chemistry.
