PM Listeners sent us their photos of their world at 5pm on Tuesday 5th December 2006
Here are a couple of photos of what I could see at 5pm today. The time stamp says 6pm because I forgot to change the camera time to GMT, but they really were taken at 5pm! The first photo is of my desk: I nearly just left my work PC screen exactly as it was but then realised that since I have signed a confidentiality agreement with the person who sent me the email I was reading I thought it would be inappropriate for that to be part of my Window on the World photo! Anxious to make sure the PC clock still showed 17:00 I could only think of having a blank Word document on the PC screen instead. On my way home as I was listening to your initial comments on the first photos I realised I could have been rather better prepared and at least written ‘Hello World’ on the screen – may be next time!
