Steve Rowley, Chairman of the Tabourers Society, came into the studio on Monday and brought his pipe and tabor with him. The pipe and Tabor is the original One Man Band, consisting of a specially designed fipple flute, the three-hole pipe, played with one hand, and a portable drum played with the other.
