From 10 to 19 November Sally joined 24 other participants to cycle a gruelling 400km across Kenya’s Rift Valley in aid of Transaid.

Sally says: "The guys and girls taking part are truly amazing. There have been some incredible heroic feats performed, with riders travelling miles along rough, inhospitable and very very steep terrain. All in all we've travelled over 90 kilometres, about half of that being up the side of mountains!
All our group are heroes and would like their families to know that they are safe and well and missing them a lot. I can tell you they are ALL doing their friends and families VERY proud."
