We're in the country all week with British troops at Camp Bastion in the dangerous Helmand province and now in the capital Kabul.
The 3,000 personnel at Camp Bastion sit down to dinner at the base's canteen. Food is plentiful - no mean feat when chefs have to cook in temperatures that can hit 50C at midday.
