Live Earth - 7th of the 7th 2007 - stands out for a number of reasons; Foo Fighters, Paulo Nutini and Beastie Boys among them. But Metallica tops the list. I'd never had the pleasure of seeing the 'tallica live before - I now realise that was a huge mistake. Enter Sandman was one of the best things - ever. I'm just sorry I had no control over the TV coverage where you the song was cut short in favour of Crowded House. Agh!
