Rochelle, Vanessa, Mollie and Una (sadly Frankie is poorly - get well soon Frankie!) performed new single Up and they told us their Bond names since it's Bond Day on Radio 1.
They also gave us a cover version of Madcon's Beggin' with a special 007 twist.
