Richard our Guerilla Gardener is encouraging people to 'Commit Random Acts of Gardening' - Planting stuff in places you wouldn't expect to find flowers (holes in the pavement, dustbins) - or in random things (wellies, suitcases etc).
Only where you're allowed to, of course!
