Meet Ted, Fearne's teddy

Fearne's had Ted since she was 14 and likes to sniff him.

Ted likes to snuggle up in front of the TV and watch Gossip Girl.

Ted has travelled all over the world with Fearne including Africa, America, Italy, Greece, France and Australia.

Hi Everyone, my name is Max.

I'm 3 years old and live with my mummy Becky in Leeds.

For a while I used to live in Moscow - I travelled there in the post because my mummy forgot to pack me.

I've been a bit ill recently because my mummy caught swine flu and then passed it on to me.

Thursday 22nd October

Hi Everyone, I'm Joey the Panda and I belong to Emily.

I'm 32 years old and think I look pretty good for my age, even though I've had a lot of operations and I now have to wear a hat or all my stuffing would fall out of my head.

I have an extensive wardrobe although Emily doesn't dress me up much anymore.

My favourite TV personality at the moment is Alexander from the Compare The Meerkat adverts, and in my spare time I like to go to aerobics to keep fit.

Hello everyone, my name is Louie and I belong to Sean in Bournemouth.

Sean's a 21-year old builder, and I've lived with him since he was 7 years old.

I was given to him by Fred Dinage when he was filming a TV show at Sean's school.

I get a bit bored during the day because he goes off to work and leaves me at home. I keep myself entertained by playing on the computer all day, and I'd love to be your Ted Of The Day.

Hello my name is Pumpy the Polar Bear. I once lived in the North Pole, but was then adopted by Petra and Paul.

I recently went on holiday to Barbados and took the 2 of them with me (as a treat for them).

I've sent you some of my holiday snaps..

Love the show by the way, I once met Jon Bon Jovi at the Kings of Leon O2 gig, but Paul forgot to bring my camera.

Monday 19th October 2009

This could well be the biggest ted in the world and that fully grown man in the middle is Ryan from Manchester.

The story behind the giant ted is a little mysterious, but Ryan thinks he's called Rob. Apparently Rob was given to a boarding school by a former pupil as a present.

The student is now a rich business man in Hong Kong and sent over the £5000 bear to say thank you.

Friday 16th October 2009

This is 17 year old Benny. He belongs to Alex from Warrington.

Benny had a terrible accident when he was small and was subjected to a boil wash where he lost his lovely blue fur and nearly his head.

Blissfully unaware of his ‘accident’ he says he should be Ted Of The Day as there’s no one more beautiful.

He wants to be a model and possibly the next Anne Robinson. Apparently he impersonates her and loves watching The Weakest Link.

Alex likes to take him to the cinema and talks to him all the time. She and her brother often fight about who gets to spend time with him.

Thursday 15th October 2009

Fred is a ted that’s been through alot in life. He’s had his eyes, ears and most of his face chewed off by various dogs and has had to undergo reconstructive surgery many times.

He belongs to Hayley who’s 24 and from Luton. Hayley loves him very much, but her boyfriend says he ‘looks like a cat poo in a jumper.’

Fred doesn’t get on with Hayley’s boyfriend. He often gets thrown out of bed because he smells.

Fred was left in town once but a distraught Hayley was happy to find him where he was dropped because no one wanted him…probably due to the smell and lack of face.

Wednesday 14th October 2009

This is Zack. He belongs to Laura from Loughborough who’s 25 and a PE teacher.

Despite Zack having no fingers, he seems to be quite an accomplished typer and managed to send us the following email:

"Hi Fearne,

It’s Zack here. I belong to my mum, Laura. I thought I should be on bear of the day so I sneaked onto her email and here I am!

I have been on lots of adventures to America and Europe. I like lying on the beach and making sandcastles. My mum always tells me off for getting sand in my fur though.

My mum’s friends all come round to see me and they always want a Zack hug. I have lots of different clothes and recently my mum’s housemate got me a job at her office, I had to wear a tie though so I soon sacked that off.

Bear hugs..Zack xx"

Tuesday 13th October 2009

Kirk is a truck driver from Somerset and is 25. He’s had Mr Bear for 4 years now and loves him to bits.

Not much is known about Mr Bear's early life, except that he was made in China and imported to the UK sometime around spring/summer 2005.

Kirk has been known to talk to Mr Bear, but he doesn’t often reply as he’s very aloof.

He has a special lady friend called Lady Bear.

Kirk’s girlfriend once gave Mr Bear a wash as he was getting a bit grubby but Mr Bear wasn’t happy as he had to then spend a day sitting on the radiator.

He also smells of sugar if you squeeze him, but Kirk is reluctant to do it too often in case he hurts Mr Bear.

Monday 12th October

This is Snowy, who lives with 24 year old Chloe in Cambridge.

He likes to read. He’s currently reading Pride and Prejudice.

He’s travelled the world, but has had a few accidents along the way. He was once snatched from an open hotel window by a husky dog in Sweden. Chloe had to call for help as she watched Snowy being taken back to the husky’s den.

He was also once left in a hotel in LA, but a distraught Chloe (who was then 14) wrote to the hotel and the lovely staff sent him back in a chocolate box.

Friday 9th October

Meet Harry the Bassett Hound. He's owned by 25 year old Zoe in Antrim.

Zoe has bought Harry a suit to wear to her wedding next month. He will sit next to Zoe's fiancé during the ceremony and giant images of Harry will also be projected on screens inside the church during the wedding.

Harry has been to Crete and has an outfit for all occasions.
